Broderick Gallery Christmas Gift Show
Affordable Original Art for Gift Buyers

Broderick Gallery is pleased to announce the Christmas Show, an annual exhibition featuring a broad selection of small-scale original paintings, prints, jewelry, photography, sculpture and mixed media. The Christmas Show will feature over 90 unique works of art from 20 different artists. Art will be priced for this limited holiday show between $20 and $500; affordable gifts that are one-of-a-kind, conveniently sized and ready to give.
Participating artists include Barbara Kaempf-Matkowski, Quin Sweetman, Richard McNally, George Broderick, Jackie McNally, Gary Stallsworth, and Celeste Bergin.

Call to Artists: Matthew's Galleries (Deadline December 30, 2010)

An open, non-juried art competition and sale open to any artist 18 years of age or older

Ten prizes, including $1,000.00 first place CASH prize

Cash and cash value prizes will be determined by public vote, open to one vote from anyone who attends the exhibit

The competition will be high profile and extensively advertised

All exhibited work must be for sale and consigned to Matthew’s Galleries for the duration of the exhibit

The competition opens Saturday, January 22, 2011 with an artist’s reception, and closes with an awards event on Saturday, February 19, 2011

The competition also serves as a benefit for Fish Emergency Service of Portland

Deadline for entries is December 30, 2010 (although earlier entry is strongly suggested)

Subject Matter: Artist's Choice

Entry fee is $45 for one art object, one object per artist. Two or three dimensional art accepted
